Saints get better, Gints pick up a 4th and get another step closer to Eli's replacement.

The contenders are making moves. Will our management decide to play along or will we continue to do what we do (which is fail to get to the super bowl)?

Love me some NHL trade deadline (with the Pens in serious contention last few years, actually have taken the day off once or twice), and if this is the way the wind is blowing in the NFL, I'm actually pretty pleased about it. Adds another layer of interest.

Eli Apple might be worse than Artie Burns. There, I said it.

He hasn't proved out terribly well in the pros, and I thought he was extremely overrated as a Buckeye.

They're probably pretty close. Eli is the slightly better athlete and can be more physical. I think Artie's biggest problem is mental (IQ) and Eli's might be desire/attitude. Still, Eli is more expensive and not much better. I would've passed, even at the discounted price NO paid.

That is one draft pick I got right. I said he was so raw he was not worth a 1st round pick. It sounds like he is a griper as well.

My problem with Artie is I'm really beginning to think he's just scared to play football at this point. There's literally no cure for that.

FC looking good with Goff at 4. Hackenberg at 15, not so much.

Yeah, well, in that same draft, Tyreek Hill went undrafted. At least Quan drafted Dak Prescott.

Steelers took Karl Joseph. Thats an oops in hindsight.

Paxton Lynch to the Browns was, in hindsight, an excellent simulation of the Browns.

I'll stand by Carson Wentz to the Iggles at 1.13 8-)

Most definitely... and the Raiders took him almost a full round before I did!

You may have said it, but you're wrong.

Apple has played a lot better this season, however both are mentally unstable.

I remember when I used to look at that and think Jack Lambert and Greg Lloyd.
