Damn this might be the best trade Colbert ever made.

You know a dude who knows a guy who owns / works at a gym that knows a fellow who heard Bryant was up to some idiotic shenanigans, right?

I believe I posted this earlier in the year but maybe not everyone saw it....

This past summer I rented a house in Hermosa Beach, CA with my friend and his family. He used to live out there and still has quite a few friends still out there.

So I'm in Hermosa Beach on day 1 and I meet my friend's friend who has a gym out there and has trained NFL players, etc.

I'm wearing a Steelers t-shirt and he says "oh brother, not another one."

Anyway, he says "so I guess you know who Martavis Bryant is?"

"Of course" I respond.

Tells me that he bought a condo about 300 yards from where I was standing.....and that Martavis is seen around town with drug dealers at ATM's.....

That's the story. Told me Martavis spends his days and nights getting high and not working out.

So if that were true....

I remember Barry.

Even commented on it was likely true.

The locals there are probably like no shit, old news.

So in the course of 7 days, the Raiders dropped Bryant, traded Mack and traded its best return man, and signed AJ McCarron (presumably to get his wife in a Raiderette uniform). All I can say is

CHAMPIONSHIP- (in cheerleading)!!!!!

I've often asked myself how would someone do at being a GM if they knew nothing or very little about the importance of having talented players, how transactions worked, the value of draft picks, or how personnel scouting was done. I guess I have my answer.

So when the Raiders are in the bottom third of the league defensively, Gruden can pat his pocket and say "We got two first-round draft picks that we are going to use on a one-armed backup QB and the top rated slot WR from the D&B (deaf and blind) league- he's blind. Perhaps the other teams will allow the location beepers to be placed on the defensive captains. I can only imagine if Colbert and Gruden switched places how hilariously some of you would be acting

I said when the Raiders hired Gruden and gave him that ridiculous 10 year deal, that it would end up a train wreck. So far...Wooo Wooo
