Not much of a fan of their newer stuff, but they definitely put on a great show last night.

They need to do something to fix the sound quality for the seats in the upper bowl at PPG, though. I've gone to a few shows there, about half in the lower seats, half in the upper seats, and the quality in the upper is crap every single time. You can hear the bass just fine, but vocals get almost completely washed out.

Too expensive for my blood. Was $200 for the nose bleed here. When I go to a show I want to be on the floor front and center like I was for the Slayer show I was at in May. For example I paid nearly $60.00 for that show and also saw, Anthrax, Testament, Lamb of God and Behemoth. That's worth the $60.00 admission IMHO. I hate seats. I hate having to sit in nosebleed sections. Not the same experience. Besides the last time I saw Metallica I think I paid like $28.00 and was on the floor front and center I believe at the Cow Palace in South Frisco. Circa 1994...
