So 7 of last 10 games Pens have 1 goal after 60 minutes.

Guys are just not getting it done. I’m not going to panic, but watching Tampa all season, holy shit. If they stay healthy they are going to be a force all season and come playoffs. They have one of the more talented offenses I’ve seen in probably a decade.

17 games played so far; 11 on the road. NHL buttfucked us in the early schedule, that’s for sure. If we remain solid at home we will be fine.

Guentzel needs to play better. He’s not taking advantage of his opportunities.

When was the last time Crosby scored a goal?
October 20-TEN games ago.
Why isn't his lack of production getting any coverage? If any other star player on this team was slumping that badly the forum would be filled with criticism. Mears mentioned this last night and he practically whispered it over the air like it was forbidden.
I love how he can do no wrong.

Sid should be criticized; he has played great but also looks lazy at times. Maybe he doesn’t like his current line.

Yeah....I'm getting the sense that three-peating will be damn near impossible.

It was always going to be tough.

But I look at it this way.

Each of the past two seasons, the Penguins have played two extra months of hockey.

It’s quite possible they are either a) tired from that or b) not going all-out to save their strength for the playoffs.

I’m not worried yet.
