Looked like a pretty fair deal to me.

Wilson has been a scratch recently.
Doesn't Sheahan make about 2 million a year?

Doesn't necessarily rule out a deadline deal for a bigger name 3C, but I think for now, this is it.

Yup, they will probably give this about 20 games with RS at 3c and mckegg at 4c. This pushes Rowney out to the 13f which is about right for him.

Didn't like giving up Wilson who I think is a good utility knife (wish it was kuhn) but you have to give to get

I think Kuhn has been playing pretty good hockey so far this season, and Rowney sort of takes Wilson's role over. He's been good at it in spot duty. Hopefully the change of scenery does Sheahan some good. McKegg might be a nice fit at 4C.
