To me, Murray is about confidence and his last three games he hasn't looked confident.

Looking back on the tying goal it did hit his glove but that was a wicked drive, Murray was extended and I think Letang screened him a bit.
About the rebounds the one by Weal was another bad rebound that found the blade of the Flyers in great position.
The Flyers had an extra man on both of their last goals so I'm not going to get too worked up about it.

Murray can play better but how many shots did he face today? The Flyers top line was killing us today and I'm thankful we got out of there with the win because I don't think we were the better team this afternoon.

Believe me I haven't forgotten about Malkin but the second line has been lousy defensively the past 3-4 games. They are like sharks-when they smell blood they exit their zone too quickly or the D man turns it over and you have the odd disadvantages.

I can't believe how lousy the D corps has been the past 3 weeks. It's not like they have a stellar group back there but they are much better than they have played in a long while.

Totally agree. Murray played well for a good portion of the game but lost concentration in key moments. But this defense lacks intensity. I'm not a hockey expert, but they just looked fucking lazy.

Mark my words. If the pens get eliminated, it'll be due to their Pk. It's that bad this month

I am just happy we won. People were happy losing in OT to the Devils. I would rather win in OT.

I was at the game, fuck Philly fans by the way. Scum of the earth. Glad we sent those pieces of shit home losers.

Murray blew that one. 46 fucking seconds. They couldn't withstand the rush for 46 fucking seconds.

Murray played well for the second and most of the third, but whiffed the first and the LAST FUCKING 46 SECONDS

I don't blame Murray for that. Blame the defensive coverage (get ready to hear that a lot). It's a 6 on 5 situation and all 3 Forwards for whatever reason are above the fucking hashmarks. Why isn't one of them dropping low? Yea it's easy to rip Letang but he had his guy identified, but they were outnumbered down low.

Now the 1st and 2nd goals- there is zero reason he shouldn't stop those. An NHL goalie makes those stops, period.

I think the first goal was deflected-Murray never reacted to it. The second one he was grossly out of position like cor10 said.

On the fourth goal you're right, Crosby, Sheahan, and Rust were lined up across the middle at the hash marks. Can't blame Letang too much because he had three forwards in his area and he almost got back around to get his stick on Cout's shot.
It looked to me like either Rust or Crosby should have dropped down low(Vorachek was roaming to that side) and engaged one of the Flyers forwards.
