I'll say this: the LAC are the most balanced team in their division. Both Offense and Defense are decent. The other three teams are seriously lopsided.

However.

SD plays two defenses that are going to shut or slow its offense down and one offense that's going to light them up. That's 6 tough games, with no homefield advantage within division.

Wow. Apparently the paid attendance for the Rams/Colts game was around 61,000 and even less than that actually showed up. That $2.6B stadium looks like a great idea

From the 1st home game.

Quote:
A stadium that seats 27,000 couldn’t sell out, drawing an officially (generously) announced crowd of 25,381 for a 19-17 loss to the Dolphins. Making that attendance figure even sadder is that half of paying fans weren’t there to see the Chargers. “There were a lot of Miami fans out there,” Melvin Gordon said. “I think it was around 50-50.”

0-2..

Could have won both games if not for kicking issues.

As I said, they've developed an incredible knack for losing close games. 2-11 in games decided by 4 points or less since beginning of 2015.

USC/Texas drew about 3,000 more fans than the Chargers & Rams combined.

If the Chargers can't sell out their 1st home game in a tiny stadium they're screwed.

Also, that doesn't account for no-shows, of which there were many. The stadium was roughly half empty at the start.

Disappointing, they are a fun team to watch. Always enjoy when they are a late game after the Steelers have already played.

I appear to have been wrong about several things regarding this year's NFL. Jared Goff is holding it together, Dalvin Cook looked great before his torn ACL, the Raiders have problems... but I nailed the freaking Chargers.
