Minnesota Vikings Draft

2 48 Minnesota Vikings - Dan Feeney, G, indiana
3 79 Minnesota Vikings - Antonio Garcia, OT, Troy State
3 86 Minnesota Vikings - Jake Butt, TE, Michigan
4 120 Minnesota Vikings - Alex Anzalone, LB, Florida
4 128 Minnesota Vikings - Damontae Kazee, San Diego State
5 160 Minnesota Vikings - Chase Roullier, C, Wyoming
6 199 Minnesota Vikings - Grover Stewart, DT, Albany State
7 232 Minnesota Vikings - Chris Carson, RB, Oklahoma State

Vikings need OL help, OLB, RB, and-- late in the draft it was revealed that their All-Pro 3 tech DT may not return... luckily I like Grover Stewart a lot and he was available. 3 OL that could win starting jobs on this OL... not good as presently constructed.

Los Angeles Rams Draft

2 37 Los Angeles Rams - Charles Harris, DE, Missouri
3 69 Los Angeles Rams - Larry Ogunjobi, DT, Charlotte
4 112 Los Angeles Rams - Chad Hansen, WR, California
4 121 Los Angeles Rams (fr IND) - J.J. Dielman, C, Utah
5 149 Los Angeles Rams - Chad Kelly, QB, Mississippi
6 206 Los Angeles Rams - Andy Avgi, TE/OT, Western Oregon
7 234 Los Angeles Rams - Chase Allen, LB, Southern Illinois

The Rams are a clusterfuck dumpster full of shit on fire. I specifically chose Harris, because when they realize that switching to a 3-4 as planned is idiotic when you have Aaron Donald playing 5 tech, Harris can probably fit in either front. Same with Ogunjobi & Chase Allen. Allen is an old time MLB-- can get something going on that lousy defense Fisher left behind.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers Draft

1 19 Tampa Bay Buccaneers - David Njoku, TE, Miami
2 50 Tampa Bay Buccaneers - T. J. Watt, LB, Wisconsin
3 84 Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Carlos Henderson, WR, Louisiana Tech
4 125 Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Nico Siragusa, G, San Diego State
5 162 Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Tedric Thompson, S, Colorado
6 204 Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Aaron Jones, RB, Texas El-Paso
7 237 Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Seth Russell, QB, Baylor

TB set themselves up pretty well in free agency-- no gaping holes, except for backup QB and run blocking. Siragusa and Russell seem to be good for that. Otherwise, I went with BPAs I thought fit. There are some OL they can get in free agency, too.

These additions plus returning stars Keenan Allen and Jason Verrett, make this a playoff contender this year. They should have a great offense and an emerging defense.

B2B....thanks my man, love the board mock.

Tremendous Charles. Your top 4 picks some of my favorite players

Right back at you Drama. Quite the haul for the hated Ravens. Well done.

Great draft CD, truly outstanding. You probably got a starter in Magnuson at RT down the road in the sixth round.
Man did I get shit for drafting Verrett a few years ago

Thank you. Verrett is a stud, you nailed that pick.

I tip my hat to B2B for all the work he's put in making this the 2nd most fun thing to do on Steelerfury. 1st is listen to the podcasts.

Solid value throughout your picks, good job. Love Joe Williams in the 6th

New England Patriots Draft:

3 72 New England Patriots - Roderick Johnson, OT, Florida State
3 96 New England Patriots - Vincent Taylor, DL, Oklahoma State
4 131 New England Patriots - Hunter Dimich, DE, Utah
4* 144 NE - (fr IND) - Joshua Dobbs, QB, Tennessee
5* 183 New England Patriots - Samson Ebukan, LB, Eastern Washington
6 207 New England (fr CAR via NYG) - De'Angelo Henderson, RB, Coastal Carolina
7 241 New England (fr CAR via NYG) - Robert Tonyan, Jr., TE, Indiana State

Going in, The Cheats plan was to find a young replacement for Blount, to get a young backup QB, for when Brissett or Garrapolo are dealt, a Jamie Collins replacement in the LEO role, and another TE type, since Bennett is gone and Gronkowski has been known to miss time. Took a couple of BPAs early, and tried to improve both interior and DE pass rush. Ebukan and Tonyan are perfect fits for the way they draft and the kind of guys they look for. Dimich more or less fits their profile, also. If Dobbs is one thing, it's super smart-- also the #1 characteristic NE seeks in players.

4.143 - Carroll Phillips, OLB, Illinois
5.146 - David Sharpe, OT/OG, Florida

6.198 - Stacy Coley, WR, Miami (FL)
6.202 - Jeremy Cutrer, CB, Middle Tennessee
7.219 - Elijah McGuire, RB, UL Lafayette

The Niners Oline will literally ground people to death.

Dunker may be the LT out of this group.
Robinson is a wild card...He needs work...But he could be a franchise LT with refinement

I love this draft. Its not pretty to everyone...Its Steak and Potatoes...My kind of meal

I really appreciate the love FC and B2B. Outside of Carroll Phillips, I didn't mind how the draft fell. I figured it was best to build up front. Like FC stated, I got some grinders. I think Thomas might be the best D player in the draft too.
