*I have zero grasp of the salary cap. Move some money around make shit happen

Landon Collins S Giants- Roll Damn Tide! Proven ring leader for the secondary. Sean Davis is the new bane of my existence.
Eric Rowe DB Patriots- Depth signing if Sensabaugh leaves as FA. Can play anywhere in secondary
Tyrell Williams WR Chargers- Good sized home run hitter I dig courtesy of my Chargers
Resign Foster, Finney, and the Outlaw

Draft:

1T) DeAndre Baker 5’11 185 CB Georgia- Love AB the player, HATE AB the diva. Trade him to a top 13 team for a 1st and a 3rd. My guy Baker here is an alpha dawg with just the right amount of swagger. Bye-Bye Artie. You suck.

1.) Jachai Polite 6’2 242 EDGE Florida- You suck too, Bud. I always look for pass rushers that not only can explode off the edge but have that rare Peter Boulware bend. Just a stud. He’ll look pretty damn good wreaking havoc across from TJ Watt.

2.) Kelvin Harmon 6’2 214 WR North Carolina State- I’ve signed Tyrell Williams now I’m drafting a big, athletic, PHYSICAL beast who will thrive in the red zone. Praying this kid’s no diva so I can pair him with JuJu for the next decade.

3T) Germaine Pratt 6’2 240 LB North Carolina State- The current state of the Steelers inside linebacking corps is nothing short of embarrassing. No it’s not Vince Williams’ fault dipshit Keith Butler has him and his running mates covering pro bowl wide receivers, but this unit needs a massive overhaul. Going to start right here with another member of the ‘pack. Team captain, and a tackling machine who can cause chaos in the opponents backfield.

3.) Gerald Willis III 6’3 300 DT Miami- I signed Landon Collins now I’m drafting his brother, Gerald. Bit of a character risk transferred from Florida to Miami where after taking a year off but reportedly returned a tenacious worker and team leader. Uses his relentless pursuit to disrupt plays in the backfield. I think I saw a lot of Heyward and Tuitt playing defensive tackle this year with Hargraves off the field. I would like to see the Steelers have the depth to show some 4-3 looks while keeping starters fresh.

4.) Trayveon Williams 5’9 200 RB Texas A&M- I like the James Conner story and after what Leveon Bell and Antonio Brown have put us through I LOVE James Conner's character. However, I don’t view Conner as an every down back despite his Pro Bowl nomination. I think some speed and elusiveness is needed. This Williams kid would be a good looking complement to Conner and Samuels.

6T) MeCole Hardman 5’11 185 WR Georgia- All-American return man. Has the speed and wiggle to develop into a quality slot wr. I'm not a Ryan Switzer fan. After back to back poorly coached football games, I’m beginning to sour on Kirby Smart, but not his players.

6) Ben Burr-Kirven 6’1 220 LB Washington- I’m hoping his size limitations cause him to fall here to day 3 where he’d be a grand larceny type of selection. Another team leader who just makes plays all over the damn field.

7) Dwayne Hendrix 6’4 265 EDGE Pitt- Big time Tennessee recruit transferred to Pitt after his freshman year. Has some athletic ability for our new outside linebackers coach to work with. Anthony Chickillo is not good at football.

Thanks as always for reading. If you like or hate any or all of these players please voice your opinion. Sitting down to watch OTHER teams in the playoffs. Fire Tomlin indeed.

I think you could reverse the 1st 2 picks. I think Baker will fall because of his size and Polite will go fairly high as a pass rusher.

You might look at Anthony Johnson ( WR, Buffalo) rather than Hardman ( although I understand he fits the flavor of the mock).

Thanks for posting. Gives me players to research etc.

It’s going to be a very very long off season.

Maybe we’ll have time to plan a SteelerFury meet and greet in Latrobe next season.

I look forward to seeing what we do with coaching. I really hope that Porter and the WR coach are not the only ones gone.

Can’t wait to see how much $$ there is for FA etc once all the chips fall. This should be unlike most years with the amount of $$ and everything else like Ben restructuring, Brown, Bell etc.

(Insert my candancy for a team in the SteelerFury mock draft)

I'm wondering who is going to want to give up that high of a 1st. Packers have two firsts this year. 1 at 12 and the other wherever the Saints finally rank. Perhaps they would part with one. The other team of course is the Raiders. I doubt seriously they give up their 4th overall pick for AB. The other two firsts they have will be determined by where the Cowboys and Bears finally rank. Perhaps one of those later firsts would be more realistic. I could see taking a late first from one of these teams and combining the Steelers first to moving up 5-6 spots into the top 15. That said, love the draft Drama. As always you bring a good sense of knowledge and practicality to your draft scenarios. Thank you for all your efforts and I look forward to seeing more of them. I have a little draft I was working at when I saw yours here. No idea what they do in FA. I would like to share mine in your 'draft' only portion scenario. 8-)

1. Devin White LB 6'0 240 LSU
1a. Raekwon Davis DL 6'6 316 Alabama
2. Trayvon Mullen DB 6'1 195 Clemson
3. Collin Johnson WR 6'4 220 Texas
3a. Andre Dillard OL 6'5 310 Washington State
4. D'andre Walker Edge 6'2 245 Georgia
6. Nasir Adderley DB 5'11 200 Delaware
6a. LJ Scott RB 6'1 230 Michigan State
7. Sutton Smith LB 6'0 237 Northern Illinois

If the Steelers want Devin White they need to get ahead of the Bengals at 11.

More than likely true so AB needs to go to a team drafting before the Bengals.

This is all draft porn pillow talk folks.

IF traded [Ginormus IF] AB's trade won't bring a king's ransom like speculated.

If it doesn’t...don’t trade him.
