Seems more and more players transitioning from college to Pro are more interested in preparing for the draft than playing for their team in bowl games. Looking like there will be more names to add.

Here's a list...
Germaine Pratt, LB, NC State
Deebo Samuel, WR, South Carolina
Kelvin Harmon, WR, NC State
N’Keal Harry, WR, Arizona State
Justice Hill, RB, Oklahoma State
Rashan Gary, DL, Michigan
Greedy Williams, CB, LSU
Ed Oliver, DL, Houston
Noah Fant, TE, Iowa

West Virginia quarterback Will Grier will not participate in the Camping World Bowl against Syracuse as he begins preparing for the 2019 NFL draft. http://www.espn.com/college-football/st ... draft-prep
I'm thinking this will become more the norm and college bowl games will begin to suffer the lack of talent on game day.

Particularly if your team is in the Camping World Bowl.

It's the smart decision for day 1 or day 2 picks.

If you want to stop this for top teams, you expand the playoffs. If you want to stop it for all bowl-eligible teams, the NCAA should buy (or create their own) insurance policies for all draft-eligible players playing in bowl games using some of the money they make off the backs of those players.
