Mish-mash of my worthless thoughts, some specific to this week, others focused on looking ahead...but depending on this week.

First off....things I don't, and neither should you, give a shit about:
*Jags are 4-1 at Heinz during Ben era. BFD!! They're 1-1 during the past 10 seasons....even that doesn't matter.
*Who's motivated by comments, who's circling the wagons, who's winning war of words? Again....BFD!

Having said that though, one Tom Brady is alot less likable in New England lately, being compared to Tom Cruise re: Christian Scientists compared to TB12.

Smug-ass bitches up here Behind Enemy Lines are assuming that Patriots have a cakewalk against Titans and will then waltz to Super Bowl against Steelers, if Steelers can make it past Jagoffs.

My take? Unlikely that Titans beat Patriots, but....unlike Tyrod Taylor, Bryce Petty, and to some extend Alex Smith, and despite some seeming regression this year, I think that the fuckin' Hawaiian Marcus Mariotta is basically a winner. Sort of reminds me of 2nd year Ben.....stats might suck, but stiff arms some dude, makes some block, catches his own pass....wins the game. Plus, Patriots can be had with run game, though would prefer the shiftier model back to exploit the edges, rather than the bull Travis Henry. Mariota will run....can happen. And then...Dick LeBeau whips ups some magic to contain the Patriots offense. James Harrison sucks, prior to breaking his fuckin' leg.

Assuming it's Steelers-Patriots. I think Steelers win by two scores. Steelers may NEED to win by two scores, as don't feel great about winning close game, Tomlin besting Belichick, in close game in Foxboro. Will be 11-point margin, 28-17, 31-20, something like that.

And no, no fuckin' way I go down to that hellhole in Foxboro, on Route 1. Will be home, shades pulled, lights out, Mrs. Swiss gone....just me and the TV. Steelers will win, I will be screaming to the heavens. Then it's onto a dip in the Atlantic Ocean.

Gotta run!! More later maybe.

My only interest is to beat the Jags and go to Foxboro and beat the Patriots. It's time to put that rabid dog of a franchise down and stop all this "they are in the Steelers heads" BS. I want nothing else but to slay the dragon and put them into "are all the reports are true" mode?

I hope it’s a blowout. Brady is pummeled so throughly he quits. And Belichick says fuck you to Kraft for making him pick Maraha over JG.

Nice to see Cowher visiting the guys. I wish Chuck had come back to visit once in a while. Are there any pictures anywhere of Noll, Cowher, and Tomlin together?

As far as the OP, thanks for the great read Swiss, let the NE fandom/media be as smug and cocky as possible, that's definitely SBI as well!

He's 60, no makeup on like TV. I think he actually looks good for a man of 60.

This could very well be... I think Rooney knows Tomlin can't rah-rah this team to another championship. Too many of Cowher's guys are gone now.

When Chuck was done, he was done.

That’s just how he rolled.

Still feel l ike they'll need to need the 2 headed monster to win...strong running game to keep Brady off the field

See Troy Polamalu as well.

There's extenuating circumstances with Troy though.

Working for CBS, but you knew that. I don't know why undercover racist troll persona gets me every time, but it does.

No question Derrick Henry is the better runner at this point,
But the TT had a much better chance of beating the Pats with Murray on board as a two headed RB approach.
If anything, Murray was still the better pass catcher out of backfield as they swap in and out of game.

Murray has over 300 career recepts and 39 on the year in shared duty.

Henry has 25 combined catches in his 2 seasons.

That being said.
Go Titans.
Hope Henry has a monster day.
Maybe he and Mariotta combine for over 200 yards on the ground.
And they pound the shit out of the pats while holding the ball 35+ minutes
Do not see them winning, but at least beat the snot out of them, pound them, hit brady.
Leave alot of bumps and bruises.

I wish the Pats luck.
Or as the saying goes....
"Break a fucking leg"

Yes, bad blood, but, what I failed to enunciate is that like Noll, Polamalu seems like a very private person.
