Don't know how I'd take this if I was the Outlaw and doesn't make me feel good about how they perceive Ladarius's chances of a comeback....

Ben wants a 2017 Tesla instead of the 1998 Pickup truck and Jag that's constantly in the shop.

Maybe it makes him realize he's the average TE that he is?

Much more worried about what it means about Green. If he doesn't live up to expectations this year, the TE position is a weakness on a team that needs every strength it can get.

I'll be shocked if they draft a #1 TE, i.e., a top two round TE. Ben may get a new TE, but not until the fifth round.

Um, Rumor Central? Would this be the same rumor mill that generated BR's desire to be traded?

I call bullshit.

Can anyone verify that James didn't get those targets because he sucks or because AB is demanding the ball? Or because they aren't building plays for James because they want to feed the ball to their playmakers for YAC?

Going further, the author kept insisting that the Steelers are looking for help in the secondary after double dipping at CB and S last year. It's true, we need help at corner and safety, but if they don't draft an OLB in the first I'll be shocked.

Yeah, but even if we got him a Tesla, it'd still have a shitty master control processer.

This team, from coaches to players, is dumb dumb dumb.

I remember when this team was “old, slow, and done.” And although it took a year or two actually to come home to roost, it was true, true, true. Then, we addressed it with people like Shazier, and Tuitt (I have a friend who played with Tuitt at a lower level, said he’s like DB fast in 360s), brown, bryant, Heyward-Bey…blah, blah, blah.

But increasing team speed seems like a simpler proposition than increasing team smarts. How does one even set about doing that?

Smart coaches look for and employ smart players.

If a player isn't smart but physically superior they find a work around or ways to manage the situation.

Without a smart coach it becomes difficult to have a smart team...

Would people lose their shit if we took Njoku at 30?

Then take Rivers in 2nd, corner in 3rd.....
