8-)

Edit: In case you missed it, wide receiver Justin Hunter, wide receiver Darrius Heyward-Bey, linebacker L.J. Fort, defensive tackle Daniel McCullers, defensive end L.T. Walton, safety Nat Berhe, running back Stevan Ridley and cornerback Coty Sensabaugh all failed to sign new contracts prior to the start of the new league on Wednesday and all eight now hit free agency as unrestricted free agents.

Sensabaugh is depth, I’m fucking serious, dude impressed me with his play, he ain’t great but he is absolutely worth having on the 53 behind Haden and Steven Nelson.

Exactly...solid backup. Better than Artie Burns.

Yes he was a quality backup and played solidly as a starter when added into the rotation.

For the right price I’d kick the tires. It’s the injuries that worry me.

30 years old, injury history and likely looking for big money..., I don't see the Steelers being interested in him but I would be. Seems like the rats and the stains keep adding premier players to their rosters as the Steelers add..., well.... about what they usually do. Ho-hum players. *sigh*

And they still haven't even been linked to any ILB FA. Not even Fort was resigned. But they kept Shazier on the roster as a 'toll' for 2019 and he'll be on the unable to perform/pup as part of the roster. Classy Steelers staying a class act regarding Shazier. ;)

Amazing how you can completely fail to notice when it comes from LJ Fort. I had no idea.

You could make a reasonable argument that, other than maybe Sensabaugh, it makes more sense to pay Shazier than the whole lot of those JAGs (both meanings applicable).

It wasn't anything terrible, But he ripped a teammate when he was down on social media. Just another sign of the lack of locker room discipline.

I hate to say it.

I think Berry's career is over.

The cancer has taken a toll on his body.

He broke the two strongest bones in the body

Femur and Calcaneus(heel)

Chemo is a bitch boys

He didn't really rip Chris Boswell, but he should have realized it might have been interpreted as such...because it came right as Antonio Brown was tweeting and throwing shade at the Steelers.

All 4 teams today have elite kickers

Whoa ..... bad look brother. Most people know Bos around the league because Bos won more games than you've even started professionally.

Most people reading this are probably like, "Who in the hell is LJ Fort?" That's how little people even know who you are. #Steelers

Ha Ha Ha. I agree with the reply the only people who know LJ Fort are GM's and the few teams he got reps against.

100% correct. I live in KC and the fanbase here was done with Berry. I bet he hangs it up. He could have had surgery this offseason to deal with his heal issue, but it likely would have required the achilles to be detached to do it. He would have missed all of 2019 as a result. If anyone were to pick him up, they would be dealing with this heal issue every week. Hard to believe something that simple will end a guy's career, considering everything else he has overcome.
