I think Butler is a 3rd round talent in this draft. If he goes high he will bust. He is this year's Devin Funchess

I meant my take more along these lines. The hype is huge and I have a feeling multiple teams could have him higher than us here at Fury.

Agree with all of this. Butler has no hands at all. He will be a colossal bust. Not a huge fan of Metcalf either.

AJ Brown, Parris Campbell, and Deebo are my favorite receivers in the draft.

You’re welcome, I’ve felt the same way towards everyone in this draft  .

I think Joe Jackson would be the best fit in this draft for a steelers ROLB. Drop 10lbs and go back to the even more fuck-shit-up guy you were before you bulked up. Not a consistent guy by any stretch or a big bender, but has speed to power for days.

The guy I've targeted for about two months in this slot was just taken, so either give me a minute to decide or make me an offer to move down lol

No chance. The standard is the standard. Now, sprint to the podium and make your pick.

On another note thankfully I traded my R3 pick and Winston to get Rosen because my R3 pick was just selected (smithessmokin - Deionte Thompson, S, Alabama) right before my pick would of been coming up.

Steelers draft so far:
1 20 PIT - B2B - Taylor Rapp, S, Washington
2 52 PIT - B2B - Vosean Joseph, LB, Florida
3 66 PIT - B2B - Mecole Hardman, WR, Georgia
3 83 PIT - B2B -
4 122 PIT - B2B -
5 142 PIT - B2B (fr OAK) - AB trade
6 175 PIT - B2B -
6 192 PIT - B2B -
7 219 PIT - B2B -

Slings and arrows? It's a weird spot of the draft. The available tier at other positions of need is a big lump-- a lot of guys with about the same rating on my board. WR had two guys who really stood out to me who IMO are much better fits in PIT than the others, so I picked one 15-30 spots too highly. I've also picked three young players with upside and three of the most outstanding STs players in the entire draft class.

Would have liked to get Joe Jackson or one of the better EDGE guys, but...

If I'd really have been the Steelers, after Joe Jackson was selected, I would have simply taken the next edge rusher down my list!

B2B's ratings. I would have taken Terry McLaurin or Emanuel Hall there if I wanted a WR. This class is stinkin deep in Wr.

FC, did you say Emmanuel Hall? The Roberto Durán Samaniego of this draft?

Hardman has Stone's speed but he has really good hands in comparison.... and he's a hands catcher. I don't like McLaurin-- I don't think he tracks the deep ball well and he waits for everything to come down to the ground. These characteristics infuriated me about Mike Wallace, and I can't stand the thought of more years of that going forward.

lol that's a first. Do tell... I'm legit interested in your take on the WRs in the draft and who fills the gap for the Steelers. I know you've expressed that you like Harmon and Hall. Wouldn't surprise me to see Hall be a target; he has everything, everything, everything except for some nuance to route-running tree and the ability to catch the ball consistently. Scares the bejeesus out of me.
