I can honestly say I was not worried at all when Fitz scored. I knew Ben had us covered.

By the way, watch how wide open Mewelde Moore is on the game winning throw. He would have walked in.

Same here Charles, as soon as he scored i turned to the room of my trash talking buddies and said, they left Ben way too much time, we'll win!

Anyone ever notice how easily Santonio could have fumbled or been stripped on the pump fake pass? He was so close to being stripped, made me nervous as it was happening.

I know that if that pass had been intercepted, there would have been a photo of Moore with a big yellow circle and an arrow pointing to him as someone's avatar here.

Pretty awesome, but also wildly depressing that Ben hasn’t been back to the SB.

Tomlin has destroyed this team.

You would never know Ben is this bad leader by listening to Santonio. I believe most of that is a crock of horseshit.

Right after Fitz scored, I distinctly remember the camera on Ben strapping on his helmet looking supremely confident which made me feel the same. I knew the Steelers would win then. Haven't felt that good about the Steelers since.

Yup- I was totally confident he'd whip his dick out on Todd Haley

But man I thought for sure that Santonio pass was getting picked...

I was a little worried after the first play had a holding call on a pass to Moore, you know how those drives usually end up....but not on that night!

I agree. Ben is a leader. The problem is there is such a massive coaching void on this team, players have carte blanche to do whatever the fuck they please, Ben is overwhelmed with this shit and my guess is that he is at his wits’ end.

This is all Tomlin’s fault. I know I’m one of the “Tomlin Haters” on this board, but nobody will convince me otherwise.

Agree on Tomlin. I was actually kind of worried after this years mess Ben might say, oh the hell with all this and retire. Him retiring is a constant worry for me, lol.

So did Ben. He said that was his thought immediately after letting go of the ball. "Oh, *expletive*... I've just lost the game!"

You don’t see Moore until the pass is away...his guy left him to go into the EZ to try and break up the pass.

If Ben had thrown it to Moore, his guy would have tackled him outside the EZ.

https://youtu.be/h2gt-PN5-Hg

Start watching at about two minutes.

Also a still here...Moore just before Ben threw...no way he gets in if Ben goes to Moore...indeed Moore’s guy may be able to close before the ball gets there.

PS Nate isn’t open either...and he falls down anyway.

You need to reduce the pic to 150x150 pixels using any photo editing program. Paint that comes with Windows works fine. Then upload.

I’m not a stats whore so Holmes will ALWAYS rank infinitely higher than that c*nt AB will. One delivered a SB. The other delivered 5+ catches for 50+ yards. Yippee.

I hope he is traded to SF. Not far from my backyard. Might just Jeff Gillooly his stupid ass myself.

How about Tomlin signing off on throwing the ball late against the Jags when we had the win in the bag, only to keep AB’s catch streak going and further inflate his Kanye West-like ego?

Tomlin has been fostering this bullshit for YEARS.

Absolute truth Swiss. As you've said before, I believe, if SanAntonio had just kept his blunts in control, and if Rooney wasn't such a dope sending Holmes away, the Stillers beat Green Bay in XLV instead of Socrates Mendenhall fumbling it away and we now have 7 . . .
