I now see where the corner cutting is done financially to afford a fru fru jeans collection and a cat walker, if that helps. Nobody who understands driving a car for enjoyment would even take one of those things off a rental lot, let alone own one.

I guess you don’t see the irony. Pity. Hope you don’t teach English or Literature.

When I lived in Pittsburgh I didn’t have to own a car. That was nice.

I dunno. I like driving, despite the scourge and disease it's brought to society, but I've rented some pieces of shit way worse than that.

Actually, I do. Still wouldn't drive that underpowered tin can even if I did walk my cat. Not really sure which of the three types you were looking at, but someone whose vehicle can't hit 100 without a downhill slope and a stiff breeze at it's back wishing ill on motorists with capable automobiles hits a couple of buttons.

The guy driving 100 mph in a well-designed car in the left lane with little traffic is far less of a hazard to himself and others than the guy driving 55 mph in the left lane in traffic. I know that doesn't fly in court, but on a practical level it's true.

Don't worry Lit, I don't get all worked up over supercharged couches that move us from one place to another.

Mine's turbocharged, not supercharged :)
