KC harped on this the past weeks. I thought @ 1st he might've been misplaced throwing his ire on Tuitt but after rewatching the games and keying on him. Boy was I wrong! Apparently others are taking notice as well.

Big pay days and vet days off are all these guys aspire to.

Tuitt has already checked the big pay day box. Now all that’s left to accomplish is to accumulate enough tenure to be able to take days off with the other “leaders” on his team.

Just playin to win babaaay....

If Tuitt were playing in a 4-3 he would be incredible.

Why do we pay our two DEs $60 million a piece? Teams that do that generally have their DEs play in a 4-3. Minnesota does that with their duo of Griffen and Hunter, they make $130 combined and have combined for 57 sacks the past 3 seasons.

Why are we paying our 3-4 DEs as if they were 4-3 DEs? Why??

If your pass rush in a 3-4 is most effective coming from your OLBs then shouldn't you be spending that $120 million for an edge rusher??? Again, why not???

It is just a simple question.

I've seen running backs STONEWALL Tuitt.

Yeah, I'm not seeing the whole "if Tuitt were playing in a 4-3 he would be incredible".

Tuitt's a pussy. End of story.

Tuitt is one thing, but you don't think Heyward earns his check?

Until recently I was a Tuitt supporter/big fan. So far this season I just see a guy that is blocked one on one.
Interestingly, look at the defensive stats so far and Tuitt's #'s are there with Heyward's.
What I haven't seen from Tuitt that you used to see all the time is hustle. Tackles on the other side of the field, tackles downfield but now I see a player who just likes to titty fight at the LOS.

Last year the arm/bicep was the issue. Not the case this year, so far.

Tuitt's biceps is reminiscent of Matt Sera's.

Not that I'm trying to defer blame or imply an excuse but perhaps its a new directive from the new DLine coach? A learning curve perhaps? One thing we've been sure of there is an admitted communication issue on this defense. Tuitt has been a non-factor I agree. Usually, Tuitt is in beast mode living in an offenses back field. Not sure why Tuitt has dropped off.

While I'll agree that Tuitt hasn't been dominating like we want him to, from what I've seen, he gets doubled by O linemen a lot. Having Bud next to him hurts him imo. Many times you will see our opponents block Bud with their TE leaving Tuitt to have to fight off the RG & RT combo. Whenever Watt goes over there it seems the RT usually is assigned to block him.....I wish I could say the same about Bud. All the athletic talent in the world, but he doesn't seem to be smart enough to learn/grow technique wise. He seems like a nice guy, but I seriously wonder if he could actually pass the GED test....even with help.

I have the same thing. Torn in a football game at the proximal attachment. Even after surgery it does not look the same. But it would not affect performance whatsoever. Its only aesthetics.

And I have a simple answer...
