I can finally get that Bubby Brister I´ve been wanting all these many long years. Just wouldn´t have looked right without the block numbers.

You mean you have abandoned your dream of a post dynasty Era Cliff Stoudt jersey?

Could easily be the sole person at the stadium (or Steelers bar, or anywhere, honestly) with my Mark Malone, too.

I have a Malone jersey still. Doesn't fit me but I still have it.

You always pull out this tired argument that the reason people want the 70's jersey back is because of worshipping the teams from the 70's. That may be true for some, but for me and others it's because THE 70'S JERSEYS LOOK BETTER!!!!!!!! Nothing to do with nostalgia!

"Looks Better" is just opinion, so nobody is right or wrong, like I've always thought the Batman Jersey was the best football jersey ever.

As the great David St. Hubbins once observed, it's a fine line between clever and stupid.

The Warriors "The City" unis are great, "The Town" are stupid.

No need to feminize the Steelers with rounded fonts.

The Batman jersey isn't bad at all but I would rank it third behind the block letter and the color rush.

That's weird? Feminize? Were did that come from? Why are rounded numbers feminine?

If I rocked a Walter Abercrombie throwback, I could piss off Nick and Steelers4Tim at the same time!

What, no Tim Worley? One helluva first round the Steelers had in the 89 draft. Who could forget the immortal Tom Ricketts?

Of course it wouldn't. I saw a guy in the Heinz parking lot wearing a Weegie Thompson jersey 2 years ago, I though it was cool, I often wear my Mean Joe #75 with the bicentennial patch, I just would of liked something different for the purpose of throwback.

Walter Abercrombie actually wasn't that bad, he just came along at the wrong time.

Steelers4Tim had his underoos in a twist about the guy. Brought him up incessantly on the old site and not in a good way.

Yeah, not the brain trust's greatest moment.

I remember that, but Abercrombie wasn't an All Pro, but he did have a couple 700-800 yard seasons, he wasn't a total slacker.
