long season but big game tonight IMO as they have to go against gallardo sunday and also nice to get past correja with a win after this we get burnett, karstens, bedard (on plenty of rest) and JMac ... so hoping for a nice run
if correja shits the bed i really hope they bring up a AAA guy would also help IMO to move correja to long relief role and kick watson back down to minors

Fuck Estrada and his little ass...we should light his meat up.
Here is to hoping that Braun and Co. don't do the exact same thing to KC....I would drill Braun in his first AB if he the bases are clean.

Or to the next batter after that nothing little puke hit the grannie and flipped his bat. This team is learning how to win, and part of that is sending messages that this isn't the meek, roll over and die Pittsburgh Pirates of the past. I guaran-fuckin-tee ya, had the roles been reversed, a Bucco batter would have been earholed!

Jeemie said these next two games will determine how we play the second half...or something like that.
I don't see it that way. Part of the reason is I view July as a distinct part of the second half. July will determine what we do at the deadline, which will tell the tale of the rest of the way. The other part of the reason is wishful thinking - I just don't WANT to think Correia's performance tonight is such a potential harbinger of doom. I have ZERO faith in the guy.
Anyway, here's hoping we play mistake-free ball tonight at the very least.
