You guys do realize that those are the defending World Champs, and they are the real deal?
And they are showing you the difference between the World Champs and...well...the Pirates?

You just knew that when the bats started to come around a little, the pitching would go to shit!
Its games like this that shows just how far away this team actually is. 2018...Anyone?

These Rat Bastards have me by the balls as I care more than they do at this point .....at least more than the majority of bums that could care less about behaving like Major Leaguers and showing the game some respect by playing fundamentally sound despite their glaring lack of talent.

Were Aj's problems really just related to a shitty umpire? Just curious if anyone saw the game and noticed if the umpire was really that bad, and that's why AJ got crushed, or if AJ just sucked.

A.J. wasn't getting the same zone as Lynn. Umpiring has been horrible to the Bucs this whole series, it just came to a head last night. I for one was happy to see Barajas go to bat for his pitcher. If Barajas has brought one thing it seems to be the trust of the rotation. All the pitchers really seem to respect him.

Well- if you listened to me, you'd be more on an even keel when it comes to this team... Seriously- the gap between the Cards and the Pirates is huge- I take nothing from these two games that indicates the team is ready to fall apart.

Hardly enough time for the ump to become a factor. I can't disagree about the umpiring in this series so far, but A.J was very bad last night!
