I'm not too upset about last night. The Pirates were bound to have a bad night on the bump at some point, and at least the bats are still going.

Pedro Alvarez is just seeing beach balls at this point in time. He is hitting them like they are golf balls. It is that rare power that is the reason you don't give up on a guy like Pedro.

Amen to that, Sham. Pedro is showing all the doubters now.

Need to get a W tonight.

Man does it suck to be a Pirates fan. I think I was four last time they made the playoffs and I'm now a college graduate.

Pretty pathetic.

The start to tonight's ball game is the dichotomy of what it has been to be a fucking Bucco fan for longer than any of us remaining few care to remember :o

It is truly so hard to watch that it should be blacked out to prevent further dismay and heartache.

A man can only take so much before he breaks

WTF. I come home and fucking AJ gives up 4 in one inning.

Need to bear down, AJ. As in no more runs tonight. None.

And it's not going to happen that way. AJ doesn't seem to have anything tonight, huh?

Was nice to see the Bucs battle for at least a run in our half of the inning. Great to see that RBI hit by Barmes. But Barajas looks like his ass sucking self and in a key RBI situation.

Gentleman, it is tough. Never easy.

There is nothing that can be said to minimize that. We just have to start winning.

And there is a stolen base. What's bad about this series, so far, is we are looking sloppy, and our starting pitching, a strength all season, is collapsing. Need to put a stop to this and soon.

Doesn't look like AJ has anything tonight. Might have to tap that pen early tonight.

This looks like "one of those nights".

Still lots of time, we'll see what happens, but if he leaves AJ in much longer it will go out of reach.
