I've read that Reiff may fall do to concerns with his atleticism and short arms. If this is the case and he falls to the Steelers @24 [like Bulaga fell to the Packers @23 last year] could you see them drafting him? And if they did draft him where would be his best fit? Inside at LG or outside at LT? 33 1/4" arm length. Not bad arm length.

Any other players you have read about or think may fall in the draft? Discuss.

Courtney Upshaw...I still think this kid can move inside.

Quote:
One NFL personnel executive described Alabama DE/LB Courtney Upshaw as a strong edge-setting run defender who will top out at six to eight sacks per year.
The majority opinion argues that Upshaw lacks difference-making burst off the edge. While most expect him to be a strong, reliable pro, the league exec envisions Upshaw as more of a Bryan Thomas type than a DeMarcus Ware. One NFC scout told ESPN New York that he has an early second-round grade on Upshaw. There is growing belief that Upshaw could slip out of the top-32 picks. Source: ESPN New York

Doubt OSU OT Mike Adams goes in 1st Rd now. 3 red flags (Work Ethic, Intelligence, Character) and you're out.

Would you take a flyer on him in the 2nd RND? Better yet. Do you think the Steelers would take the flyer on Adams in the 2nd RND?

I would too IC. He'd be a hell of a RT going forward. With Gilbert at LT, OT is set along with OC IMO. I think this may give Mr. Adams something to work at going forward as well. (incentive) Like trying to get his reputation cleaned up.

He was not worried about his rep when he was smoking pot on the biggest job interview of his life...He is a fucking idiot.

I said the same thing about Sweed in '08 - would hate the pick in R1, would be okay in R2. That one didn't work out too well, and I see some similarities between them with mental/psychological issues. Still, I'd be inclined to say sign me up for Adams in R2 at this point, provided we don't take a tackle in R1.

Really, I'm still praying that somehow Kuechly or Decastro falls to us, or falls far enough that we give up a little to get one of them.

Yep, if you can't put the joint down long enough to clean up before you go do something you know will make you piss in a cup, you are too stupid or just don't care.
I don't want him.

Sgt has me scared of Upshaw since he put on 10 lbs ( 280) on his pro day.

Martin fell after the combine. Below De Castro in many mocks.
