Anyway yall could put projected round next to the player visiting? Might give us an idea what the Steelers are looking to grab & where.

1. Mike Adams - OT - Ohio State (per Ed Bouchette / Tomlin presser) 2. T.Y. Hilton - WR - Fla. Intl (per Ed Bouchette / Tomlin presser) <-- my guy! 3. Derek Wolfe - DL - Cincinnati (per Ed Bouchette / Tomlin presser) 4. Ronnell Lewis - LB - Oklahoma (unconfirmed interweb rumor) 5. Akiem Hicks, DT, Regina (unconfirmed) 6. Keith Tandy, CB, West Virginia (unconfirmed)
My guess: Adams first round (yuk) I'd rather go Zeitler,Glenn,or Osemele than Adams ,he feels like a bust to me. Hilton third round (wallace insurance, Haley's new Dexter McCluster) Wolfe third round (I like Wolfe, Ziggy to NT?) Lewis second round (would be good with him as a 2nd round pick) Hicks fourth round (would be fine with him in the 4th) Tandy fifth round (would be fine with him in the 5th, matter of fact he is my 5th rounder on my final Steelers mock) 1. LG Zeitler 2.ILB Lewis 3.DE Wolfe (resign Wallace) or Hilton, Haley's new Dexter McCluster, let Cothchery walk. 4.NT Hicks I think he could be a nice de as well (If they went with Wolfe in the third, I'd go with RB Ronnie Hillman here.) 5.CB Tandy 6.T Joe Long beat out Silatou for lineman of the year 7.CB T Gipson 7b.OLB R. Davis Bethune Cookman 7c.ILB K. Williams Southern Miss 7d. G Lonnie Edwards Texas Tech

I like Adams a lot. I said months ago I thought he was the 2nd best LT in this class. He has a combination of size, length, and quick feet that is rare in a tackle. There are some rough edges to his game and he doesn't get low enough to be much of a drive run blocker, but he will be a really good LT in the league. Hilton has speed to burn, is a legit deep threat, and is an excellent punt returner. Problem is he has midget hands (8 1/2" if i remember right), bodies catches too much, and fumbles a bit. He's also so slight you worry about him getting hurt or jammed at the line. late 3rd or 4th round sounds about right for him. I like Joe Adams better because Adams is more physical and shifty whole Hilton is straight line fast. Ronnell Lewis I'm still not sure what to make of. He isn't a good enough pass rusher for my liking at OLB, and I don't know if he can slide inside. I'd have to defer to the Steelers FO on Hicks. I only ever saw him at the Shrine Game. The tools are there, but he's a project. Tandy is the type of physical zone corner they typically target around the 5th round.

G Lonnie Edwards Texas Tech Thanks man, maybe there's not such an outside possibility of them taking a high round T, like I thought there was. This shows they're at least considering it, unless it's a smokescreen, of course.

Wouldn't Tandy be a local visit? Therefore not counting him against the allotted 30 official visits, correct?

The fact Tomlin announced those visits can't be too promising for those guys. Seems a bit unusual.
