Suprised nobody commented on this game.

Geno is possessed, the man is playing with a purpose. Think he might want that "C", while Crosby sits. Martin looked like doody paper on a couple plays, but also looked like he could be rounding into form *please*. This team is going to be hard to beat, provided the concussion/injury bug goes away.

I had tickets to the game. First time at Consol, and it was a fantastic experience. The crowd was great. The boos every time Ovechkin touched the puck put a smile on my face every single time (until the bastard scored, of course).

Yes, Geno is a beast and probably the best active player in the league right now, but I feel like we do a disservice to Neal if we don't talk about those two in the same sentence.

With Sid out, we need someone to take his game to a new level and fill in the gap. Neal has done exactly that.

And how about Letang? Suddenly, that losing streak makes a lot more sense when you realize he wasn't in the lineup.

Knew a lot of folk who went to the game on Sunday. Was a great one!

Let's look for #7 against St. Louis!

Well deserved. And perhaps even better is that his reputation for cheap shots continues to grow and subsequent offenses will bring longer suspensions.

The douche just bailed out of the all-star game. Linda Cohen read his statement with an almost childlike "woe is me" delivery - pretty funny stuff.
