...since there's so many things we don't.

1. James Harrison, if healthy, is going to make last year look like a warmup lap.

2. Casey Hampton is as fit and ready as I've ever seen him during preseason. He's not going to have to play his way into game shape this year.

3. Ike Taylor is ready to go.

4. Ben is ready to go.

5. Hines is ready to go.

6. The PS have stellar depth.

7. No matter how the returners shake out, the special teams figure to be even better this year, especially the return game.

8. There is a team-wide intensity and emphasis on physicality that belies the entire idea of a Super Bowl hangover.

9. This team has more team speed than they did last year.

10. Tomlin's personality is like a melding of Vince Lombardi, Yoda and John Shaft.

I think both Lewis and Burnett are welcome additions to the secondary for diff reasons. Burnett gives us a replacement for Deshea's current role in the future. Lewis gives us a perfect replacement for Mcfadden. These guys are clones of the players they need to replace. Great scouting.

11. Carey Davis brings very little to the fullback position (he tried to asspush, I think it was Mendy after he failed to block his guy). I can understand the coaches liking his experience and leadership on st's. But, this team has alot of players that could potentially get swept away if cut.

The Steelers are the best team in the NFL.

We have consumate professionals at every position.

We have beasts at our skilled positions.

The only thing holding this team back is a below-average OL.

I still contend they are an AVERAGE OLINE.....I would even go so far as to say top half of the league....ie...better than 16th overall....in talent.

I thought the right side looked great. I'd like Kemo to step up a bit. Time will tell.

I will concede that OL looked good. The right side did look very good. But Jesus, we need the left side, the blindside, to step up.
