The kid is 27 years old and had a great season last year. This year, he already has 9 homers and yep, it's time to get rid of him, even though he has something like 3 more years left on his contract.
Why do the Pirates exist?

And there is AT LEAST a 1% chance one might turn out as good as the guy you traded away!
Course it's more likely they all spend a few years in the minors and get released with little to no press.....

Sad thing is that the Marlins have rebuilt twice and still have more World Series wins than we have had winning seasons since 92.
Somebody in that organization needs a
ass kicking intervention ho choke all of the above
Its like they have been studying the Detroit Lions guide to winning.
