Read part 1 today - pretty good read in the paper version. Part 2 is already out and part 3 comes out in a day or so. I haven't checked out the online extras but might be interesting.

Good stuff overall. Gave some pretty good insight into his youth and drive to get to where he was in the NHL. And, though we've heard it all before with the other cases of CTE, his behavioral changes as the disease / syndrome / condition took over.
Not to be sick or morbid, but there are some links to some of his fights (feels odd to enjoy those videos knowing what they eventually resulted in) and interviews with some of his opponents as part of the series - he was definitely a beast of an enforcer.
I'm about halfway through the series right now. Very compelling and very sad. Yeah it's tough for me to enjoy fights these days unless it's a direct retribution for something that was done to a player because of what it does to these poor guys. Canadian junior hockey is a tough gauntlet and it's a shame the way fighting is used in that venue, This series is a must read for any hockey fan.
