I'm surprised a bit as well, Z, but I guess it has to do with Marte starting no matter who we're facing, so no platoon for him, and it looks like Snider has beaten him out on the depth chart for RF when GI is playing 1B. And as skool said, we probably need the IF depth there more now.
Tabata has been raking it in the minors the past 10-15 games. If his attitude follows with his bat work, he could be back soon, though possibly not before Sept.

So they bring up Locke, and send down Presley? Not that Presley's bat is all that good, but my gawd...a terrible bench just got shorter and worse.

I just realized that with KCore starting tonight, they need the extra BP arm. (Yeah, sometimes it takes a while to kick in...duh!  ) You must sacrifice somewhere. Hopefully it doesn't bite em in the ass, though.
