Just watched the 7th game, won by Rangers. Goaltending opposite of Pens-Flyers. Both goalies were awesome.

How in the hell will the NJ-Fla winner ever knock off the Flyers? I guess the only hope is for Brodeur to stand on his head and Bryz to continue playing with his up his ass.

I like the Rangers chances of knocking off the Caps though.

You know you'd be asking the same question if the Pens had made it past your boys... "who can knock out the Pens and piss off all of SF?" :)

Will there be more than 20 goals scored all series in the Western confernce games? There is NO offense out West

Rangers or Flyers are winning it all...more's the pity.

Damn the Penguins for dropping one more game to the Islanders than they should have.

They play anyone in R1 save the Flyers, and the path to the Cup is probably wide open for them.

I dunno, Jeems. I'll qualify this with my not being a puckhead, but they came apart big-time the last couple weeks of the season.
*Ottawa blitzed 'em
*Lost the pair to the Isles
*Philly beat 'em twice from two goals down

Only games they won, right, were games against Boston & Rangers, who were locked into their #1 & #2 seeds, respectively and played backup goalies, then the meaningless season finale against Philly. I'm not assuming they would've beaten any prospective opponent

I too liked any matchup except the Flyers.
We own Lundquist and the Bruins it seemed lacked much fire just like we did vs Montreal in our Cup defense. The Devils might have caused us problems, but not as much as Philly did. Their depth really gave the Pens fits...Phillys 4th line combined for like 40 goals...thats some solid talent

Pens were playing a back-up goalie every time they lost to Ottawa this season.

I'm not guaranteeing anything- just saying the Flyers were the worst possbile first-round matchup for them.
