Pens should decline all future penalties. Their 5 on 5 play actually has been fairly solid.
i was thinking that from about the second period on last game... seems like every time we've had the man advantage our guys have treated it like a free invitation to cram everyone below the top of the circles and ignore the opposing forwards.
