Which means probably mid-season-ish. Fuck. Oh well....let's hope our young staff can withstand this and hang in until then. And here's to a Meek sighting!

IDK, out probably means out of games. He won't lose much arm strength as he can probably do some throwing. Comes back in May that isn't too bad. Thankfully it happened so early. Hell the regular season is still four weeks away.

Well, I certainly hope you're right.

I was glad for the AJ signing, but ,seriously, the Buccos' season depends much more on ol Pedro than AJ.

The Pirates will be glad to get AJ back for the middle/end of the season when the rest of the pitching staff falters and AJ can pick up the slack.

very true -- Pedro's success is more important to the Pirate's future than ajb is -- if Pedro breaks thru, the team could have some decent succcess.

This is quite true, though it would have been nice to have had him all season long as well. We need ALL the help we can get. But you are definitely right. If Pedro continues his swoon, we are in trouble, short and long term.
