Yeah that's what I was thinking.......the Islanders of all opponents? I'm sure all Sid's teammates are ready to go into full berzerker mode if anybody touches him.

Bring on Sidney Fucking Crosby! Go Pens! I feel bad for you, hope you enjoyed the game even though it ended poorly. Does it really matter which team he comes back against? I'm sure DB has the boys ready to cover his back if anyone tries to go after him. If Mac is healthy he probably skates. With Staal suddenly maturing as an offensive threat and Malkin back to his 2008-9 form that is a formidable 1-2-3 punch up the middle. I'm wondering how many minutes he will play? I figure Bylsma will move the lines around until he finds the formula. Being out a year would lead one to think that Crosby might be rusty the first few games, but I've learned(time after time) to never count Sid short.

Was easily 60-40 Pens fans to Panthers fans, if not even more slanted. Dad's first NHL game and Geno did some nice things with the puck right in front of us. Spent too much time in our own zone for my taste (which was the opposite end of the ice from where we were sitting). But it was a nice time with the old man and we rarely see each other anymore.
