Likes Jon Martin or Mike Adams at OT to the STeelers at 24. I still hope the pick is Hightower but I for one would be happy if either of those OT's was the selection.

As a Buckeye, I would not be happy at all with Adams. Warming up to Martin a bit, but yes HIghtower is ideal.

Why are so many posters down on Adams? Is it the bench press? Character issues? Underachiever? To me, it looks like he can really move for such a big kid...looked like a natural in the combine drills in particular. I see a high upside with him.

The thing is Colbert hasn't [ever] drafted an OT in the 1st RND. I guess theres a first time for everything though. I personally wouldn't mind either.

There seems to be controversy for both OT's but I feel like Adams might be the better fit.

I think that's the biggest worry some have with him. People want another true professional like Pouncey on the line, and there have been some questions about Adams' work ethic/maturity. Granted, that could just be internet rumor mongering.

His potential is through the roof though. I could definitely envision him as BPA at 24.

Editor's Note: Author Larry Zierlein was a college and NFL offensive line coach for 32 years. His career is highlighted by a Super Bowl win in 2008 with the Pittsburgh Steelers under Mike Tomlin. We asked Coach Zierlein to take a look at several offensive line prospects from this year's draft and share with us what he saw.

He watched multiple cut-ups for each prospect listed, but wants to remind the reader that for a final evaluation, it takes even more film work, interviewing the player to get a feel for his character, checking on the player's background and working linemen out whenever possible. Coach Zierlein gave us the order that he would rank each of the tackles and guards based on what he saw from each prospect. The only player's he evaluated are the ones listed.

Coach Zierlein is retired and working Under Armour's "Football University" camps along with other former NFL coaches. This was also his first year working out offensive line draft prospects in preparation for the Senior Bowl and Combine. If you are an agent interested in contacting Coach Zierlein for work with future clients, please email us and we'll pass the info along to him.

I hope Mike Adams is not the pick at 24...Never lived up to his potential so if he could not do that in college what the hell makes people think he will do it in the pros. His ceiling can be as high as ever but he will never live up to it or reach it.

Well put. He came into Columbus with so much hype and just coasted through his time there. Never dominated at any point. I am praying he is not the selection.

I don't often do this, but I agree with Kiper on this one

Can still see Ohio State left tackle Mike Adams sliding into the early-mid portion of round two. Not consistent & needs to get stronger.

If the Steelers were able to get Adams in rd 2 that would be a "Grand larceny type selection"
