is it still "guaranteed" Poe won't go in the top 23?

edit: now i'm worried gilmore won't be there for us at 24. hopefully he gets roughed up and can't work out at his pro day:/

just my opinion, still don't think he's a first RD pick

I've been wrong before.

we're still 7 weeks out, everything will change by then

Yeah - a few interesting names. Wonder if Reiff might be a guy we look at if he is available.

Oh, and I don't buy off on Poe being ranked #3. That is ridiculous...he had a great combine but where is the tape to support
such a loft draft pick. No way he goes in the top-10.

Poe was viewed as a 1st round pick BEFORE the combine, should come as little surprise that his stock has gone up since his impressive workout.

Reiff is definitely an option to me.

Right now my first round draft board is looking like:
David DeCastro, OG
Michael Floyd, WR
Luke Keuchly, ILB
Dre Kirkpatrick, CB
Courtney Upshaw, OLB*
Dontari Poe, NT
Stephon Gilmore, CB
Riley Reiff, OG/OT
Dont'a Hightower, ILB
Mark Barron, SS**
Cordy Glenn, OG

and I don't see Poe anywhere near 3 either. clearly a top 20 pick after the combine to me, but i just can't see someone going top 10 with that kind of production at a smaller school.

*upshaw is there based on tape, i almost expect his pro day to kill his stock though.

**Barron also rated here by tape, but I'm guessing his proday will be more or less fine.

as an aside... not so much for the Steelers RD 1 pick: thoughts on what Coby Fleener projects to be as an NFL player? I can't decide if he'll live up to the hype... haven't seen him play enough

Just my opinion...but Fleener sucks. He is Heath Miller without the blocking ability. I don't see elite separation or RAC ability. Even if he develops that, he's Chris Cooley. I would take him in the 4th, but no where near the 1st.
