I always hear about guys hitting the weights and needing to bulk up for the NFL, but doesn't body resistance training give you better brute strength conditioning, what Casey Hampton calls "grown ass man strength"? Not that Hampton does chin ups, dear god. Any work out warriors care to chime in?
