I like to picture Jesus in a tuxedo T-Shirt because it says I want to be formal, but I'm here to party.

all depends on how Haley decides to use the TE and the X, Y, Z.

Might turn out to be no difference between LG and RG.

Pouncey, DeCastro and Gilbert on the strong side zone stretch play. Yum.

Pouncey, DeCastro and Gilbert as the backside pass protection when Ben escapes to the right.

Smart and athletic works in today's NFL no matter what position the OL line up in. With defenses becoming so complicated and package-based, all your OL have to be able to handle anything from anywhere. The days of being guaranteed that the other team's top interior pass rusher was just going to come at your team's left guard all game long are over.

I'll tell you what, no matter how they line up, if potentiality meets actuality, and if most of these guys can stay healthy, we're going to have an OL to be really proud of this season and potentially for years to come.

Who the hell here ever advocated moving fatass colon to lg?

I would prefer this.

However, if Colon can hang at LG, I like the idea of what HN mentions, as well as the opportunity for us to have DeCastro pull left, and all of a sudden, our retardedly predictable right-handed-only runs now have a bit if bite to them as they aren't always running to the right

Well, to start, Steelarfan77 on 5/6/12 posted in part:

WOW!

So potentially this: Adams, Colon, Pouncey, DeCastro, Gilbert. I love it.

Although I don't believe that Colon has ever played OG and especially LG. Fascinating!

Perhaps they end up switching DeCastro and Colon?

Then CanadianSteelerfan on 5/7/12 posted:

CanadianSteelerFan wrote:
I know everyone is saying that they would prefer DeCastro at LG but depending on the offense they are running this year RG might be more important. I think Adams-Colon-Pouncey-Decastro-Gilbert are the best five and that solves the issue of two rookies protecting Ben's blindside.

Do I really need to continue?
