I don't think the Rooneys should worry about making sure Batch is not broke...As a matter of fact they have been giving him shit loads of money called a salary, don't see why they need to do anything more than that. With that said I hope he has got it turned around and continues to do what he can for the Pittsburgh community.

You're right, they don't have to worry about helping him. They'll do it because it's a decent thing to do. I think they'll keep him in the organization and on the payroll. Hell, the biggest reason he's on the team right now is because he's been such a good teammate and member of the community... You think there isn't a better #3 QB than Batch to be had?

#3? Not at all, just getting to the point where age is taken over. I would love to see him involved with the Steelers in some manner, QB coach for example. Help teach a young backup how to be a quality #2 and a quality pro QB.
