Great write up FC ... Your detailed analysis is a little intimidating to follow up with anything of value.
Bottom line, the Steelers got a lot better today and the future looks bright.
A across the board.
The round 7's to me are all throw away picks.
I really consider Clemons our 6th round pick, and think he makes this team along with the 1st 5 picks.
Big thanks to Fury for a great draft experience.
Browns still suck and Fuck the Ravens.

Combination of Steelers scouting and a little luck is a powerful fucking combination, my friends.

How could you not like a draft where they got better up front so that the guys we had can go bye bye? I think that I would trust the fact that Spencer could be the guy inside, but the FO is not known for reaching they saw something they liked.

We all have no business grading a draft until years later but because everyone does I will. Potentially this could be one of our bests,I like that they got guys who were projected to go earlier , had no idea DeCastro would be there.Think they should have picked a CB sooner though, but hey I like the potential of these guys.

Don't really like the Clemons pick. Had him third in the big 7th round WR competition behind Moss and Michael Calvin from Cal. I don't see him making the club... Red Zone guy... need to have great hands and body control... not Clemons game, as far as I can tell.
I like Paulson okay but I don't see him having much of a chance, since he's not an H-Back or glorified WR type... he's a version of Heath Miller who's not an accomplished blocker. ho hum. nice try, but not going to scare opponents. I did the other guys, though. After everything fell together in first four rounds, the Steelers lost out on a bunch of intriguing players just before picks in 5th and 7th. i love the draft, though.

F- DeCastro has bust written all over him. Adams is a pothead and a dirty sinner. Spence is mini-mini-mini-[extremely undersized linebacker] Ta'amu was easily the least-athletic player in the draft Rainey's going to break both his legs under the weight of his helmet Clemons might be as good as Limas Sweed... someday. Paulson still hasn't gotten open this year. Frederick couldn't cover his way out of a wet paper bag. Beachum is the only pick that saved this draft from being graded lower.

Anyone displeased with the 7th round picks think of it this way
Replace those players with
Drew Butler P UGA- Many would argue best punter in the class
Robert Golden CB/FS-Former five-star recruit has an NFL ability/ skill set with experience playing multiple positions in the defensive backfield.
Ikponmwosa Igbinosun DE- Physical freak...6-4 290... 35 inch arms.... 4.90 40 ....38 inch Vertical....Better 20 yard shuttle and 3 cone than Brockers Coples basically the same as Fletcher Cox.
