I know a ton...Far more then Wexall...I've seen him play...I've seen him dominate...I saw him struggle.
Generally I would give you a long run down.
I will make it simple.
6-1 250
His rush style is more Chad Brown then James Harrison.
He is not real stout at the point...Actually that is not fair...Harrison and Woodley can stake and destroy...Robinson is strong enough to set the edge and defeat a TE
He is far better then you would expect in coverage.
Special teams experience
He does not test real well....He should have been drafted based on motor alone...I'm not sure if he's a starter...He can attack the quarterback with a variety of rush moves....Rip, Swim, Duck Under, and a nasty Spin move that he stole from Freeney...I would not be surprised if he turns out to be a superior pro to Worilds or Carter

Thanks for the insight, FC. Before I got to the end of your response, I thought "peace out Worilds". Can't wait til preseason.

Found this little bit of film on Adrian Robinson. Side line to side line LB'er with a non stop motor. Look out, after some refinement in the LeBeau system. High potential prospect.

The way they describe him reminds me of another Temple linebacker...Goo Wallace...looked good on tape but was weak as a baby. It's amazing how one can be 6'1 250 and still be weaker than a NFL cornerback.

he was 235 in january, and then was 250 by pro day. at 250, all his measurables were horribly unathletic, so i think there's a good chance he went with the spence plan of "if you weigh in at your playing weight from last year, people will realize you're way too small for the next level, so tack on 15 pounds and let people convince themselves that you just don't test well and your tape shows your real explosiveness."

I agree with most of what FC said. I will add he seems to have that quick burst that DL & Butler look for in their LBs. His first 5 steps are pretty good and he brings some power with it, but needs to get NFL strong with a year or two in the weightroom for sure.
Reminds me of Carter with just a little tighter hips. I really like Carter's snap get off. Might be one of the fastest on the team.

I watch a few Temple games every year, mostly when they play bigger schools like Penn State. Robinson has some tools. If he gets off good, he can beat most tackles off the edge, and he has a pretty well developed spin move. He has issues however when guys get their hands on him. Not much of a power guy and hasn't developed many secondary moves to beat a block.
From what I remember seeing from him against PSU, UCLA, Wyoming, Miami OH, etc... I'd be absolutely shocked if he made the team over Worilds or Carter. I can see him landing on the practice squad for a year to develop, but let's not over-hype this kid just yet based on a first step and a spin move. He has a ton of developing to do if he wants to be a pro ball player.

Quote: .I would not be surprised if he turns out to be a superior pro to Worilds or Carter On a side note...Just remember according to some posters....Ike Taylor was stronger then Ogden or Munoz because of how many times he benched 225. Rian Wallace was nothing like Robinson.

Rian Wallace was nothing like Robinson. There's something to be said for armlength when gauging bench performance. That said, you're right. Wallace was considered a hotter prospect, which is why the Steelers burned a 5th rounder on him rather than picking him off the FA scrap heap.
