Vacating wins 1998-2001 is completely frivolous and implies had Joe done the right thing after the shower incident, the program was still on the hook. For what? Certainly anyone who played during that time period has a right to be pissed off.

Agree that the 1998-2001 is either arbitrary or someone knows this is going to get worse soon with other cases.

However, for those who "played" it shouldnt matter. They won the games and nothing changes that.

It was all public knowledge back in '98. In fact, incoming recruits knew all about it, yet PSU still managed to land those recruits and compete. Riiiiiight.

Not surprisingly, this comes from the guy who expects that the lawyers on his side have something special saved up that will shine a new light on the situation and vindicate PSU and JoePa at the last minute.

Did you really learn that in 9th grade Civics, or was it TV? Be honest...

IC: "well, considering the '98 incident made it DA Ray Gricar, Detective Ronald Schreffler, Licensed Therapist Dr. Aycia Chambers, and the Pennsylvania State Public Welfare office, I'm going to assume it was public knowledge which probably landed on page 10 of the metro section. Which in turn made it public knowledge for all incoming recruits.

So to answer your question, unless the media put their usual twist on perspective, or in this case shed more light on it (with the lack of social media at the time), I'm going to have to say that draft class would be unaffected"

What are you even trying to mock here? When your not talking baseball, your out of your league. I mean you try to cut me down, but you fucking suck at it. Your about as witty as a fucking mute

Maybe it wasn't public knowledge. So fucking what? I don't know if it was, and I know you don't know if it was. He wasn't convicted. So the United States judicial system said it was just a baseless rumor.

So whats the answer here? Any time an ex employee of any university is called to the carpet on he said she said rumor charges they should sent a memo on company letterhead to tell everyone athlete in the country?

Do you do or think anything without the benefit of hindsight?

P.S. you ready to answer those questions on Paterno yet?

Tell me more about the legal strategies you learned in 9th grade Civics. You know, the fictional kind you only see play out on TV.

Maybe it was public knowledge, maybe it wasn't? Anyone with half an IQ point (including you) can infer that it wasn't. This whole 50/50 world you're trying to live in is a fantasy.

What's the answer here? How about not acting like the Sandusky situation is at all comparable to anything that ever happened before or since.
