We KNOW Joe knew things.
we also know Joe went to police when it was brought to his attention Still in instinctive defensive mode of your idol, I see... Yes...more "bare minimum". We also know now know he knew that said authorities he reported the issue to intended to do nothing about it...and that for whatever his reasons, he most likely thought that was a good idea.

if and when you report a heresay crime to police, do you follow up daily with local police to make sure they get a conviction?

Suppose I say Pedro Alvarez hit a mammoth home run in a game last night. Say he also struck out 4 other times, all with the bases loaded, and committed 3 errors that led to 5 opposition runs scoring, and the Pirates lost 5-1, but I didn't mention those. My first statement is still a fact, but it in no ways means that Pedro Alvarez had a great game last night.

The Death Penalty is coming, no doubt.
The NCAA, like Goodell, is driven by 2 things 1) money and 2) public opinion.
#2 leaves them no option but to enforce a permanent death penalty.

On Yahoo! Radio they just reported the same source from cbs sports. Sanctions coming down and sounds like the death penalty. They talkin much harder than what SMU got back in the 80's....

I liked the idea about moving the statue to the shower area.
