..while the victim was still alive, in the middle of the day. An officer in Miami, FL shot this guy after he refused to stop eating. the. guys. face...After being shot, the crazy continued full on Hannibal Lectering the. mans. face....The officer then opened fire, killing the crazy. What the fuck is happening in the world?!? This makes me want to puke. Video is provided in the link.
